CUSTOM ERP SOFTWARE

Custom ERP software development for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not fit an off-the-shelf ERP. We map the process you actually run, then build the system around it.

WHY CUSTOM ERP

The usual failure

Most ERP projects fail the same way. The product assumes a process, your business runs a different one, and the gap gets filled with spreadsheets and one person who knows the workaround. You end up paying licence fees for a system that everybody routes around.

What we do instead

We start with the job, not the product. We sit with the people entering the data and map how the work actually moves, including the parts nobody documented. The ERP system gets built around that shape, so adoption is not a training problem.

What you end up with

One place the numbers come from, with the audit trail to back them. Source access, documentation and a walkthrough at handover, so the system is genuinely yours and you can take it to another team if you ever want to.

ERP MODULES WE BUILD

Custom ERP means you pay for the modules your operation needs and skip the rest. These are the ones that come up most.

01

Inventory & Stock Control

Stock levels across locations, movements, reorder points and valuation. Built to match how your warehouse is actually organised.

Multi-location · Batch & serial tracking · Reorder rules · Valuation

02

Payroll & Staff Records

Staff records, salary runs and the approvals around them, with a history you can audit rather than reconstruct.

Salary runs · Leave · Attendance · Statutory reporting

03

Purchase & Sales Orders

Orders from raise to fulfilment, with the approval chain your finance team already expects.

Approval chains · Supplier records · Invoicing · Credit terms

04

Scheduling & Dispatch

Who is doing what, where, and what happens when it changes. Usually the module that pays for the project.

Resource planning · Route & job assignment · Change handling

05

Reporting & Dashboards

Reports filtered the way your business thinks, not the way the database is shaped. Exported without asking anyone to build them.

Custom filters · Scheduled exports · Role-scoped views

06

Audit Trails & Permissions

Who changed what, when, and under whose authority. Role and permission models that survive an audit.

Change history · Role models · Approval records

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED

How much does custom ERP software cost?

It depends on how many modules you need and how much of your process is unusual. You get a written scope, a milestone plan and a number before any code is written, so the figure is fixed before you commit. We would rather lose the work at the quote than overrun it.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

A focused system covering two or three modules is usually a few months. Full operational coverage takes longer. We deliver in milestones you can open and use, so value arrives before the whole thing is finished.

Is custom ERP better than SAP, Oracle or Zoho?

Not always. If your process is genuinely standard, an off-the-shelf ERP is cheaper and faster, and we will tell you so. Custom ERP wins when your operation has a real edge in how it runs, and forcing that into a product means losing the thing that makes you competitive.

Can it integrate with software we already use?

Yes. Most ERP work involves connecting to accounting software, payment providers, hardware or whatever else is already in the building. Integrations are a normal part of scope, not an add-on.

Do we own the ERP system and its source code?

Yes, outright. Handover includes source access, documentation and a walkthrough for your team, including the ability to hand it to someone else. There is no licence that expires and no lock-in.

RUNNING ON SPREADSHEETS AND WORKAROUNDS?

If the numbers only reconcile because one person knows how, that is the point where an ERP system pays for itself.
