WHEN YOU OUTGREW SPREADSHEETS. WE WILL HELP YOU BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT.

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, internal ERP systems, and the utility apps that sit between them. We map how your operation actually runs, build the system around it, and hand it over documented.

PROBLEMS WE'VE ALREADY SOLVED

Four businesses, four different messes. Here's what was broken and what we did about it.

SHIELD CONSTRUCTIONS

React · Internal Web App · HR · Payroll

The Problem

Payroll lived in spreadsheets and in one person's head. If you wanted to know why somebody was paid what they were paid last March, you asked him.

What We Built

An internal web app for staff records and salary runs. Nothing elaborate. It just had to be the one place the numbers came from.

What Changed

Payroll runs from one place now, and last March is still there to look at.

STROKEXPERT

Advertising Site · Business Email · Healthcare

The Problem

A new telemedicine practice with nothing to point anyone at. No site, no company email, no way for a referring doctor to check they were real.

What We Built

The public side of the business: an advertising site and proper company email. We still run both.

What Changed

They can be found, and they look like a company, which matters while the clinical side is still being put together.

OSHER MOUNT

React · TanStack · Supabase · Operations

The Problem

Bookings were agreed over phone calls and WhatsApp. Two people could promise the same room for the same night without either of them knowing.

What We Built

An internal booking system for the resort's own staff, built on React, TanStack and Supabase.

What Changed

Everyone works off the same availability now, so that can't happen.

IT'S USUALLY
THE SAME PROBLEM.

Weighbridges, payroll, hotel rooms. Not much in common. But all four came to us the same way: everything worked because one person knew how it worked, and that was starting to be a problem. We watch how the job actually gets done, then build around that, and write it down, so you're not stuck with us.

THREE KINDS OF SYSTEM

01

SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant products with role management, licensing, and billing built in from the start, with web and desktop clients running against one backend.

Tenancy · Role & permission models · Subscription licensing · Reporting

02

Internal Business Systems

ERP-class systems that mirror how your operation actually runs, rather than forcing it into someone else's product. Built around your process, not against it.

Inventory · Payroll · Scheduling · Approvals · Audit trails

03

Utility Apps & Integrations

The smaller pieces that remove manual work: dashboards, automated reporting, and the connections between the tools you already pay for.

Dashboards · Scheduled reports · API integrations · Automation

NO SURPRISES, NO LOCK-IN

The risk in custom software isn't the code. It's overrun, abandonment, and being tied to whoever built it. Here's how we take those off the table.

STEP 01

Scope

We sit with the people doing the work and map the process as it actually runs. You get a written scope, a milestone plan, and a number, before any code is written.

STEP 02

Build

Delivered in milestones you can open and use. You review working software as it lands, not a status report describing it.

STEP 03

Handover

Documented, with source access and a walkthrough for your team. The system is yours, including the ability to hand it to someone else.

STEP 04

Support

Ongoing maintenance and changes on a retainer for as long as it's useful, or a clean exit if you take it in-house.
