The Problem

Every weighbridge kept its own records on its own machine. Month-end meant chasing printouts, and the owner had no real idea what a site was doing until someone told him.

What We Built

A platform the whole business runs on. Desktop software in each cabin reads the weighing indicator directly. Head office gets a web side that sees every site at once. Tenants, licensing, staff permissions and print layouts are all settings someone can change without calling us.

What Changed

Reports arrive on a schedule over WhatsApp, so nobody has to ask for them. Signing up a new customer takes an afternoon of setup instead of a fresh install.

SHIELD CONSTRUCTIONS

The Problem

Payroll lived in spreadsheets and in one person's head. If you wanted to know why somebody was paid what they were paid last March, you asked him.

What We Built

An internal web app for staff records and salary runs. Nothing elaborate. It just had to be the one place the numbers came from.

What Changed

Payroll runs from one place now, and last March is still there to look at.

The Problem

A new telemedicine practice with nothing to point anyone at. No site, no company email, no way for a referring doctor to check they were real.

What We Built

The public side of the business: an advertising site and proper company email. We still run both.

What Changed

They can be found, and they look like a company, which matters while the clinical side is still being put together.

The Problem

Bookings were agreed over phone calls and WhatsApp. Two people could promise the same room for the same night without either of them knowing.

What We Built

An internal booking system for the resort's own staff, built on React, TanStack and Supabase.

What Changed

Everyone works off the same availability now, so that can't happen.
